Arnold Schwarzenegger took to social media to announce his 79th birthday gift for fans, which focuses on fitness. He’s set to give a year of free membership, but there’s a catch. It would be handed only to those who, over the weekend, sign up for the brand and complete four workout programs. He celebrated his birthday on July 30.

Schwarzenegger took to X (formerly Twitter) to share that he has turned 79 and has decided to provide fans with a fitness challenge that will secure them a year of free membership. He stated that this year, he doesn’t want any gifts but has rather decided to “revolutionize” the fitness industry. As the Fubar actor shared the link to his brand, he added, “Between today and Sunday, August 9, when you join the Pump Club app and complete four workout programs in your first year, you pay nothing.Zero. Nada. Zilch.”
He clarified that if one shows up regularly and completes the challenges required, they get a year free. Any amount charged to their card will be immediately refunded. To explain it more “plainly,” he directed the viewers to the link given in the post and asked them to sign up via that.
Schwarzenegger stated that subscribers can benefit from the services in a 7-day free trial before they are charged $100 for their first year. However, they wouldn’t even be required to pay a single penny if they complete four workout programs as stated. In that case, the $100 charged to your card or any payment source will be refunded on a partial basis. That is, you get a $50 refund after your first workout program and the remaining amount after your final one.
In a follow-up post, the former Governor of California also explained why he’s taking such a big risk in his business via this scheme, which might cause him losses. “Look. I am fighting a fitness crusade. This is personal — not just business. I’ve been trying to get people to train for six decades, and I’ve found something that works. If I can make millions of you train consistently all year, I’ll take the loss,” he wrote. The actor further explained how the fitness industry profits from customers’ failures.
