SV stands for Super Veloce, which translates to more power, lightweight construction, and optimized aerodynamics.
This is a whole new chapter in the SV lineage, with an evolution in performance like nothing that’s come before.
It’s now gotten its big unveiling, and we’re super excited about it.
The Lamborghini Revuelto SV is the most powerful Lambo yet
Based on the Lamborghini Revuelto – the brand’s first V12 hybrid supercar – the SV variant takes things up a notch in more ways than one.
Capable of accelerating to 100km/h in an astonishing 2.4 seconds, and a top speed exceeding 345k/h, the Revuelto SV is enough to bring a tear to Tom Cruise’s eye.
Need for speed, indeed.
These figures sound extreme, and they are.
It’s what Lamborghini is defining as ‘The Quantum of Driving’.
This is a whole new driving experience, where performance is no longer linear.
“With the Revuelto SV, we’re further refining the already high-performance and razor-sharp Revuelto, offering drivers an even more intense driving experience,” Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, said.
“The Revuelto SV embodies exclusivity, technical perfection, and pure driving pleasure. This makes it a pure driving machine and the essence of our Lamborghini DNA.”
Here’s what gives this car its extra edge
The Pilota driving mode delivers a customizable track driving experience, embodying the ‘Feel Like a Pilot’ concept.
Activated via a rotary knob on the steering wheel, Pilota opens up a highly customized driving setup.
Drivers can choose from Strada Mode for comfort, Sport Mode for driving with some edge, and Corsa Mode with a true racetrack experience.
“Thanks to new aerodynamics, a cutting-edge vehicle dynamics controller, and motorsport-derived technologies for suspension, brakes, and tires, as well as increased power, the Revuelto SV delivers even greater precision and sportiness than the Revuelto,” Winkelmann explained.
“This makes the Revuelto SV the ultimate super sports car for performance-focused drivers.”
Design-wise, the Revuelto SV looks the part of the ‘ultimate super sports car’, with next-generation CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic brakes and bespoke Bridgestone Potenza Race R tyres.
From the front, the car’s uncompromising character is immediately clear, thanks to its vertical Omega design giving it a wider stance.
“Every element of the car has been developed with a clear performance-driven approach, integrating aerodynamic efficiency, lightweight materials and a more technical, motorsport-inspired character while preserving the purity of the original design,” Mitja Borkert, Design Director at Automobili Lamborghini, said.
“The new front treatment, the dedicated Super Veloce livery and the extensive use of visible carbon fiber emphasize the car’s wider stance, precision and dramatic presence, while details such as the new center-lock wheels and hexagonal graphic themes express both technical sophistication and Lamborghini’s unmistakable design DNA.
“The result is a Revuelto that feels sharper, more focused and even more engaging for the driver, both visually and dynamically.”
