The Last Photograph centers on Ethan Black, played by Stuart Martin. Black is a former DEA operative who travels back to South America after his diplomat brother and sister-in-law are brutally murdered and their children vanish. His hunt for his missing niece and nephew forces him to team up with a troubled war photographer, the sole witness who saw the killers’ faces. As they push deeper into remote terrain, both men confront their pasts while reality itself begins to fracture.
The supporting cast includes Fra Fee, Jackie Kay, Sergio Herrera, Marlon Moreno, Costanza Andrade, Ed Hughes, Carolina Henao, and Gustavo Angarita Jr. Snyder produced the film alongside Deborah Snyder, Wesley Coller, and Gianni Nunnari.
As of now, no distributor has officially signed on, and The Last Photograph lacks a release date. Industry speculation has pointed toward A24 as a possible home, but nothing is confirmed.
