Megan Fox’s Jennifer’s Body is set to find a new streaming home after its upcoming departure from Netflix. The 2009 horror film, which also features Chris Pratt, will move to Hulu in September. The film follows a high school friendship that takes a disturbing turn after a black-magic ritual transforms Jennifer (Fox) into a flesh-eating succubus.
Jennifer’s Body to stream on Hulu after Netflix
Jennifer’s Body is moving from Netflix to Hulu, giving the 2009 horror film a new streaming home. Hulu Press has confirmed that the film will be added to the streaming service on September 1, 2026. On the same day, the Megan Fox-led movie is scheduled to exit Netflix.
Set in Devil’s Kettle, Minnesota, the film follows high school students Jennifer Check and Anita “Needy” Lesnicki, whose friendship is tested after a night out at a local bar. The two attend a performance by the rock band Low Shoulder, but the evening takes a disturbing turn when the venue catches fire. She later returns home in an unsettling condition, leaving Needy concerned by her behavior.
Her return is followed by a series of gruesome deaths involving male students from their school. As Needy tries to understand what is happening to her friend, she discovers that Jennifer was subjected to a black magic ritual by the band. The ritual went wrong because Jennifer was not a virgin, leaving her transformed into a flesh-eating succubus. Jennifer begins preying on the boys around her, while Needy must find a way to stop the killings.
Fox stars as Jennifer, with Amanda Seyfried portraying Needy. Chris Pratt plays Officer Roman Duda, while Adam Brody appears as Nikolai Wolf, and Johnny Simmons plays Chip Dove.
The film is also receiving renewed attention due to reports of a possible sequel. Jennifer’s Body 2 is reportedly expected to begin filming in Vancouver in October, with Fox potentially returning as Jennifer. However, the studio has not officially confirmed the project or its cast.
