Jake Paul is already eyeing up a potential signing of the recently released UFC star.
This past Saturday at UFC Paris, Michael ‘Venom’ Page scored the fifth win of his UFC tenure when he won a unanimous decision against Nursulton Ruziboev.
The fight marked the final one of his UFC deal, and after his win he wasn’t afforded an in-cage interview, which spelled the potential end for him in the promotion.
And now just a few days after being removed from the official UFC media rankings, the UFC boss Dana White confirmed that ‘MVP’ won’t be re-signed by the promotion.

The 39-year-old is already scheduled to compete outside of the UFC for the first time, in a match that was booked before his final UFC outing.
Page will make his Real American Freestyle Wrestling debut against Alexander Shlemenko on October 23.
Despite that, the striking specialist will likely be hoping to some level of MMA or striking competition some time soon, with there now being many options outside of the UFC.
And one of the most lucrative options is MVP MMA, which will be merged with PFL at the beginning of 2027.
MVP MMA boss Jake Paul already has his eyes on ‘Venom’ Page, sharing his reaction to his UFC-axing on social media.
“Think it’s time to bring MVP to MVP,” Paul said on X.
MVP MMA will likely be looking to make some marquee signings to kick off their new era in the sport, however, they will be taking over the PFL roster.
One of the biggest stars in the promotion, Usman Nurmagomedov, looks set to leave the promotion after several years, with talks regarding a move to the UFC intensifying.
But despite Page’s name value and star power, his recent performances have led to there being less support and interest around him and his fights.
At this point, only time will tell where Page will fight next, with BKFC also eyeing up a potential return for the Englishman.
