New set photos from Robert Pattinson’s upcoming Batman sequel have fans comparing the movie to one of the character’s beloved storylines. The latest images offer a new look at Pattinson returning as Bruce Wayne in director Matt Reeves’ highly anticipated sequel, The Batman Part II.
As shared by @TheBatmanSagaNW on X, the photos show Bruce being escorted through a dense crowd of angry protesters and media by the GCPD. The actor’s appearance has also drawn attention, particularly his hairstyle and more polished look compared to his previous Batman outing in 2022.
Fans quickly connected it to Batman: Year One, the acclaimed 1987 comic book by Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli. One fan @ZeroYear97 wrote on X, “Hello Year One Bruce Wayne,” while sharing the character’s photo from the comic book.
Meanwhile, another fan noted, “I’m so happy he has the side part,” pointing to his classic hairstyle and grounded suit look.
