The preview begins with Molly returning from her book tour with Cody and deciding to catch up with her mom, Alexis. “What’d I miss? How are things?” she cheerfully asks Alexis. Alexis answers, “Oh, they’re not good. Not good at all,” and Molly tries to understand the situation. Alexis might be hinting at her problems with Drew due to Scout.
Furthermore, Ava and Drew are seen discussing Jack Brennan’s disappearance. We see gloved hands holding Jack’s wallet, which Drew planted in Nina’s car. “A man like Brennan doesn’t just disappear,” Ava tells Drew, though she might be unaware of his plan to hide Jack’s wallet in Nina’s car. The investigation continues as Agent William Baines says, “I have some questions for you.” However, he is unclear about whom he is directing the question to.
We see quick shots of Drew, Nina, Willow, Sonny, and Ava, and their expressions seem to relate to some updates. Sonny and Ava are seen standing together, with the former appearing angry while Ava is stunned. Moreover, Ava continues pondering, “How exactly are we going to deal with that?” but we don’t hear any response from Drew. The scene shifts to the Metro Court Gardens, where Baines tells someone, “You’re under arrest.” It is unclear to whom he is speaking, but it appears he has found strong evidence in the case. This shocking arrest is expected to lead to some thrilling twists and turns.
