Лондон хотын BFI Southbank-д болсон “Playing for the Planet” арга хэмжээний үеэр 2026 оны Green Games Jam шагналын эздийг тодрууллаа. Энэхүү ёслолоор тогтвортой хөгжил болон байгаль орчны түүхийг тоглоомоор дамжуулан хүргэсэн нийт 11 төрлийн шагналыг гардуулсан байна. Northern Forge Studios болон Runaway Play студиуд тус бүр хоёр шагнал хүртэж, энэ жилийн гол ялагчдаар тодорлоо.
Тодруулбал, Northern Forge Studios нь “Orna: The GPS RPG” тоглоомоороо “Best Small Studio” болон “UNEP’s Choice” шагналыг авсан бол Runaway Play студи “Flutter: Butterfly Sanctuary” тоглоомоор “Best Storytelling”, “Splash – Fish Aquarium” тоглоомоор “Google’s Choice” шагналыг тус тус хүртжээ. “Playing for the Planet” байгууллагын үйл ажиллагаа хариуцсан захирал Лиза Пак хэлэхдээ, тоглоомууд нь байгаль орчны асуудлыг бодитойгоор харуулж, тоглогчдыг эх дэлхийгээ хамгаалах, нөхөн сэргээхэд урам зориг өгдөг болохыг онцоллоо. The 2026 Green Games Jam Awards, hosted by Playing for the Planet, were presented last week at BFI Southbank, recognising developers for achievements in “sustainable game development and environmental storytelling.”
Eleven awards were presented, with both Northern Forge Studios and Runaway Play receiving two each.
Northern Forge received Best Small Studio and UNEP’s Choice for Orna: The GPS RPG. Runaway Play earned Best Storytelling for Flutter: Butterfly Sanctuary and Google’s Choice for Splash – Fish Aquarium.
CD Projekt Red won the Changemaker award, and Ustwo Games’ Maria Sayans won the Champion accolade. Rovio Entertainment was recognised for Best Fundraising with Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds Dream Blast.
“Every year, the Green Game Jam shows how games can bring environmental stories to life and inspire players to protect and restore our planet”, said Playing for the Planet head of operations Lisa Pak.
“We’ve been thrilled by the positive player response to this year’s reef and rainforest content, and we’re looking forward to continuing the conversation around resilience with millions of players around the world in the 8th edition of the Green Game Jam in 2027.”
The Playing for the Planet Awards concluded this year’s Green Games Summit, which featured talks and panels from Hasbro, Supercell, Ustwo Games, Playstack, and others.
