Trespassers
Variety reports Johannes Persson (Feed) is attached to direct Trespassers, a “backwoods horror thriller” starring Molly Nutley and Sofia Kappel. Based on a script by Melina Maraki (Summer of 1985), the story follows “four young people from a failed anti-establishment movement” who “travel to the vast wilderness of Northern Sweden to reconnect with nature, but after a river rafting accident leaves them stranded, they discover they are not alone, and not welcome on land controlled by a group that has isolated itself for centuries with its own terrifying beliefs.“
Scapegoat
According to Deadline, Jude Law is in talks to star alongside Scarlett Johansson and Jacob Elordi in Ari Aster’s mysterious new project, Scapegoat.
Whalefall
Bloody-Disgusting reports Whalefall has been rated PG-13 for “peril, violent content, bloody images, some strong language, and thematic content.”
Godzilla Minus Zero
Bloody-Disgusting additionally reports Godzilla Minus Zero has been rated R for “strong/bloody violence,” making it the first Godzilla movie rated higher than PG-13.

According to Empire City Box Office, Jeremy Saulnier’s Slayground is now scheduled for a January 29 theatrical release date.

A young woman believed to be the last survivor of a humanity-ending plague is visited by a gang of post-apocalyptic marauders the night before Halloween in the trailer for Hallowarrior, starring Milly Shapiro, Ajani Russell, AJ Bowen, and Shannyn Sossamon.
Dead Media
A haunted DVD from the ’90s causes a young woman’s movie night with her Gen X uncle to spiral out of control in the trailer for Dead Media, starring Sammi-Jack Martincak, Sam Landman, James Urbaniak, Bill Corbett, Jessica Fenton, and Anna Sundberg.
The People v. Gorilla Grodd
In response to a fan on Threads, James Gunn stated The People v. Gorilla Grodd is “a true crime series so it jumps all over the place. But overall in continuity it’s after MoT (and won’t come out until then).”
Bite Size Terror
Tubi has released a trailer for its new horror anthology series, Bite Size Terror, appearing to include an episode homaging the infamous third segment of Trilogy of Terror.
Gnomes
Finally, garden gnomes come to life and run amok on the eve of Gnome-A-Palooza in the trailer for Gnomes, a new limited series starring Asa Butterfield.
