“I heard his voice, and I turned around, and it was like my life was over, or just starting. It hit me. It was love at first sight.
“We were immediately connected. I do feel like I’ve known him my whole life, but I wasn’t ready for him.”
The couple were so sure of each other that they went Instagram official just a month after meeting. Their first public appearance shortly followed as they were spotted hand-in-hand at Greg Berlanti’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star reveal.
In October that same year, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together. Matilda was born in March 2023, and one year later, Pelphrey popped the question.
