Севастополь хотын оршин суугч ОХУ-ын Хар тэнгисийн флотын байршлын талаарх нууц мэдээллийг Украйны талд дамжуулсан хэрэгт сэжиглэгдэн саатуулагдлаа.
ОХУ-ын Холбооны аюулгүй байдлын алба (ФСБ) пүрэв гарагт мэдэгдэл хийхдээ, 1969 онд төрсөн ОХУ-ын иргэнийг төрийн эсрэг гэмт хэрэг үйлдсэн хэмээн сэжиглэж баривчилснаа зарлав. Уг иргэн нь Украйны Аюулгүй байдлын албаны сөрөх тагнуулын газрын тавдугаар хэлтэстэй холбоотой байсан нь тогтоогджээ.
Мөрдөн байцаалтын явцад тогтоогдсоноор, сэжигтэн нь хувийн ашиг сонирхлын үүднээс Украйны талтай холбоо тогтоосон байна. Тэрээр ОХУ-ын Хар тэнгисийн флотын цэргийн анги нэгтгэл болон цэргийн техникийн байршлын талаарх мэдээллийг WhatsApp мессенжерээр дамжуулж байжээ.
ОХУ-ын тал уг мэдээллийг ОХУ-ын үндэсний аюулгүй байдалд заналхийлсэн, дайсны талд ашиглагдах боломжтой мэдээлэл хэмээн үзэж байна. Одоогоор уг иргэнд холбогдох хэргийг ФСБ-ээс үргэлжлүүлэн шалгаж байна.

The illegal activities of a Russian citizen, born in 1969, an identified agent of the fifth directorate of the Counterintelligence Department of the Security Service of Ukraine, suspected of treason, were suppressed, the FSB said in a statement. “The resident of Sevastopol proactively contacted a representative of the Security Service of Ukraine for selfish reasons and transmitted information about the locations of military equipment and units of the Russian Black Sea Fleet via WhatsApp messenger [owned by Meta, banned in Russia for extremism]. Subsequently, this information could be used by the enemy against the security of the Russian Federation … The person was detained by the FSB of Russia,” the statement read.
