ОХУ-ын Дээд шүүхийн дарга Игорь Краснов БНХАУ-д хийсэн айлчлалынхаа үеэр тус улсын эрх бүхий албан тушаалтнуудтай үргэлжлүүлэн хамтран ажиллахын ач холбогдлыг онцоллоо. Тэрээр ОХУ-ын Ерөнхий прокуророор ажиллаж байх үедээ тогтоосон мэргэжлийн харилцаа холбоо нь өнөөгийн кибер аюулгүй байдлын сорилтуудыг даван туулахад чухал суурь болж байгааг тэмдэглэв.
Түүний мэдээлснээр, олон улсын гэмт хэргийн бүлэглэлүүд дижитал технологийг өргөнөөр ашиглах болсон нь шүүхийн байгууллагын өмнө шинэ сорилтуудыг бий болгож байна. Үүнд дижитал нотлох баримттай холбоотой шинэ төрлийн хэрэг маргаан болон бусад эрх зүйн бэрхшээлүүд багтаж байгаа аж.
Эдгээр аюул заналхийллийг таслан зогсоохын тулд олон улсын хамтын ажиллагааг гүнзгийрүүлж, орчин үеийн эрх зүйн механизмыг бүрдүүлэх зайлшгүй шаардлагатай байгааг талууд хэлэлцлээ. ОХУ болон БНХАУ-ын шүүхийн байгууллагуудын хоорондын нягт уялдаа холбоо нь энэхүү зорилтыг хэрэгжүүлэхэд гол үүрэг гүйцэтгэнэ гэж үзэж байна.
