Тоглолтын 71 дэх минутад сэлгээгээр орж ирсэн Жохан Манзамби ердөө гурван минутын дараа гоол оруулж тооны харьцааг нээв. Удалгүй Боснийн хамгаалагч Тарик Мухаремович Бреел Эмболог бүдүүлгээр алдаа гаргаж улаан хуудас авснаар талбайг чөлөөлсөн бөгөөд удалгүй Рубен Варгас тооны харьцааг 2-0 болгож холдуулав.
Тоглолтын төгсгөлд Жохан Манзамби дахин нэг гоол нэмж, 93 дахь минутад Боснийн Эрмин Махмич алс зайнаас хүчтэй цохилт хийж нэр төрийн гоолыг оруулсан ч Гранит Жака тоглолтын сүүлчийн мөчид торгуулийн цохилтоор гоолдож тоглолтыг эцэслэлээ. Switzerland came to life in the second half to see off Bosnia and earn a deserved win that pushes them close to a place in the last 32 of the World Cup.
After a drab first half two late goals from Johan Manzambi and strikes from Ruben Vargas and Granit Xhaka earned three points while Bosnia ended the game with 10 men after Tarik Muharemovic saw red.
They did get on the scoresheet in stoppage time when Ermin Mahmic thundered in from the edge of the area but there was still time for Xhaka to score from the spot.
After both sides drew their opening games it looked set for another draw until the final 20 minutes.
Edin Dzeko had one effort well blocked and put in a fine cross which Benjamin Tahirovic couldn’t meet for Bosnia as the Swiss dominated possession without creating anything.
Dzeko became the fourth outfield player aged 40 years or older to play a World Cup match, after Roger Milla in 1994 and both Luka Modric and Cristiano Ronaldo yesterday.
But Switzerland, who have lost just two of their last 18 matches in group stages at major international tournaments, turned on the style after the break.
Dan Ndoye went close with an overhead kick before goalscorers Vargas and Manzambi were introduced with 19 minutes left.
Manzambi took just three minutes to volley in an opener and Vargas made it 2-0 with a low finish after Muharemovic chopped down Breel Embolo and was sent off.
Manzambi, just 20 years of old, then converted coolly after a neat run from Embolo, while Mahmic found time in the 93rd-minute to hit a beauty of a shot into the back of the net.
Xhaka then fired in a penalty with the last kick of the game.
Switzerland top the group on four points with Bosnia on one after two games but still in with a shout of progress.
