Spirit’s Danil “donk” Kryshkovets has the chance to become the youngest CS player to reach $1 million in winnings should his team win the title at the Esports World Cup 2026.
At the moment, NAVI’s Valeriy “b1t” Vakhovskiy holds the aforementioned record, thanks in no small part to his breakout year in 2021, where he and NAVI won the PGL Stockholm Major and the ESL Grand Slam Season 3. b1t passed $1 million in prize money at just 19 years and 10 months, where donk could eclipse the million threshold at 19 years and 6 months if he lifts the trophy at EWC in Paris. At the moment, donk sits about $83,000 short of the milestone, with first place at EWC taking home $120,000 per player. Even second place would see donk fall short, as he would earn $68,000 with a runner-up finish.
The Russian youngster still has time to pass b1t should he not finish the job here, as he still has a little over three months and several tournaments to come before running out of time.
