Netflix’s new TV and movie releases for the week of September 14-September 20, 2026, include The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare and others.
Directed by Guy Ritchie, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare is a war drama. It is based on the book Churchill’s Secret Warriors: The Explosive True Story of the Special Forces Desperadoes of WWII. The film is set in the Second World War and follows Winston Churchill and his special team planning against the Nazis. It mostly received positive reviews but ended up failing at the box office. The star cast features Henry Cavill, Alan Ritchson, Alex Pettyfer, Eiza González, Babs Olusanmokun, and many others in key roles.
Also coming to Netflix is the psychological drama, Disconnect. The film explores the negative sides of modern technology through three interconnected stories. It features a cast including Jason Bateman, Hope Davis, Frank Grillo, Michael Nyqvist, and Paula Patton, among others.
