Today marks the 50th anniversary of Stevie Wonder’s seminal 1976 albumSongs in the Key of Life, and he’s marked the occasion by unvaulting four previously unreleased tracks from the album’s original sessions.
Collected as a four-track EP and personally curated by Wonder, the release features unearthed songs “It’s Easier,” “My Life Story of Love,” “I Can See the Sun In Late December,” and “I’m Into Livin’.” The recordings were produced by Wonder and mixed by the album’s original recording and mixing engineers, John Fischbach and Gary O Adante (credited as Gary Olazabal on the original).

“We’ve lived with Songs in the Key of Life for fifty years, but there’s still more to hear,” Wonder said in a press statement. “We didn’t add these songs to the album, but they were part of what I was feeling and discovering as we made it.
