Marvel fans can now have a closer look at Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers in Avengers: Doomsday. Hot Toys has unveiled a new 1/6-scale collectible based on his character, Steve Rogers, ahead of his appearance in the upcoming movie.
The 12.2-inch figure shows Rogers wearing a charcoal brown jacket, black T-shirt, and olive brown pants. The design gives him a civilian appearance rather than the traditional Captain America uniform. The figure also includes a wedding ring on all interchangeable left hands. The minute detail comes after Rogers’ decision at the end of Avengers: Endgame to return the Infinity Stones and live with Peggy Carter.
Rogers will still carry a familiar piece of Marvel history. The collectible includes a cracked version of Thor’s Mjolnir with battery-powered blue LED lighting and translucent lightning effects.
Hot Toys also included several features designed to make the figure more detailed. These include separate rolling eyeballs and interchangeable silicone arms that recreate Rogers’ physique without visible elbow joints. It also includes a specially designed figure stand with the Avengers: Doomsday logo and character nameplate.
Additionally, a Special Edition version is also coming with a life-size metal ring for customers who purchase through Sideshow Collectibles.
