Tottenham face Coventry on Monday Night Football still seeking their first league win of the season. It could easily have come at Manchester United last weekend with Spurs the better side for long periods but ultimately requiring a late Dominic Solanke goal to salvage a point.
Coventry were 4-1 winners over Newcastle seven days ago but the margin of victory flattered the Sky Blues, who capitalised on some woeful defending from the visitors.
We don’t think Tottenham will be as charitable.
Therefore, we are going for a Tottenham win and also for both teams to get at least one yellow card given there is so much at stake.
Monday’s Turkish offering is the clash between Trabzonspor and Besiktas.
The teams lie fifth and fourth in the standings, having netted 16 times each in seven games, and both possess plenty of attacking threat with the hosts’ Mo Salah coming up against the likes of Leandro Trossard and Dusan Vlahovic.
We fancy both teams to add to their goal tallies tonight.
