General Hospital recently added a Hacks actor to its growing roster. The actor plays a music executive who would be involved in Gio and Trina’s storyline. This casting news comes as the show continues to welcome new faces to play new roles in its stories. Some of the recent casting includes Troy Lennon Appel and Dean Geyer.
Grady Eldridge cast as music executive Simon on General Hospital
Eldridge has been cast as Simon, an A&R music executive on General Hospital. His job is to seek new talent for his record label. He enters the storyline when Brook Lynn has set Gio and Trina up for their music journey. Brook Lynn aims to get Trina’s music to some music executives, with Gio helping her out with guitar.
He made his appearance on the July 15 episode. It happens when Brook Lynn brings Gio and Trina to the studio to showcase their music performance. However, Trina appears to be nervous for her performance as Brook Lynn watches from the sidelines. To ease her nervousness, Brook Lynn makes her understand that such events are usually held at venues. But she believes that the studio has excellent acoustics as well. She thinks that if Trina manages to excel here, she would definitely get a contract today itself, which could prove to be significant for her growing music career.
While General Hospital is Eldridge’s first daytime debut, he has some other prominent credits on his resume. Born in Yuma, Arizona, he began his acting career, starring in some shorts. In 2022, he joined as Jack in the mini-series The Poly Couple. Most of his experience involves several major TV shows. He has appeared in The Sex Lives of College Girls, Hacks, Doctor Odyssey, Do Me Over, and Friendzoned. In addition, he was also a part of the Em Beihold: 12345 music video.
