His country may not have won the World Cup, but Erling Haaland’s epic car collection should be enough to give him comfort.
The soccer player’s collection is just as high-end as you’d expect from a sporting legend of his magnitude.
But one car within the pack is particularly special, costing $3.4 million and being seriously close to being a road-legal F1 car.
There’s no two ways about it – this car is in a league of its own.
These soccer stars love their cars
Soccer players are renowned for their wealth and success all around the world.
And what often comes with such riches? Undeniably awe-inspiring car collections, that’s what.
Cristiano Ronaldo may be the most notable example, with his collection including a 1-of-10 hypercar.
He has so many that he’s not even sure of the exact number, but the Portuguese soccer legend has insisted his cars are an ‘investment in art’.
And then there’s Marcus Rashford, who owns one of the most luxurious saloons in the world with his Brabus Rocket 900.
Unfortunately, not all of his cars have such fortune, as Mat Armstrong has found out.
Erling Haaland’s car collection is a treasure trove
Like many athletes with a surplus of zeros at the end of his bank balance, Erling Haaland is a fan of cars.
Cars in his collection include a limited edition Mercedes-Maybach Virgil Abloh, which is one of 150.

An Aston Martin DBX 707 and Porsche 911 GT3 also feature.
Even the cars on the lower end of the price range are impressive, like his Range Rover Sport.
All in all, his collection is believed to be worth north of $13 million.
The crown jewel among Erling Haaland’s cars
Playing at Manchester City has brought Haaland an extremely comfortable salary.
Actually, comfortable would be a gross understatement for the sheer big bucks that this man is bringing in.
Erling Haaland is on£375,000 per weekat City – that’s $477,000 at today’s rate.

That comes to nearly $2 million every month.
So it’s no wonder that he was able to splurge on a Mercedes-AMG ONE, of which only 275 units have been produced.
The beating heart of this beast is a1.6-liter turbocharged V6, paired with four electric motors; two at the front axle, one coupled to the turbocharger, and another one coupled to the crankshaft.
Capable of 1,049 horsepower, there’s no questioning what this car is capable of.

Much like Haaland himself whenever he steps onto a pitch.
To purchase the car, he teamed up with fellow Norwegian, Ole Ertvaag.
Ertvaag, a high-net investor and founder of investment firm HiTecVision, naturally has tons of money to spare himself.
These cars would normally go for around $2.7 million, but a mix of taxes and delivery specs pushed the overall cost up significantly.
Not that either of these two men will have felt the pinch particularly harshly.
