Spurs endured a hugely disappointing start last weekend as they soundly beaten 3-0 at Brentford.
Newcastle, meanwhile, were denied an opening win as a last-gasp penalty earned Liverpool a 2-2 draw at St. James’ Park.
The Magpies have an excellent recent record against Tottenham, though they will likely be underdogs for this game having seen several important players leave the club this summer.

Tottenham boss Roberto De Zerbi makes five changes from the side that beat Charlton Athletic 5-1 in the EFL Cup in midweek.
Tonali returns to the XI to face his former team, with Micky van de Ven, Pedro Porro and Andy Robertson also coming into the team.
Omar Marmoush, who has seven goals in five career appearances against Newcastle, starts up front after joining from Manchester City this week.
