Финландын хөгжүүлэгч Supercell компани Merge Mansion тоглоомоороо алдартай Metacore студийг нэгтгэх үйл явц өндөрлөх шатандаа оржээ.

Supercell’s acquisition of Metacore is progressing, with both companies having signed an agreement expected to close at the end of this month.
The Finnish mobile developer announced the acquisition back in May. The terms will not be disclosed, and Supercell is now integrating Metacore’s debut title, Merge Mansion, into its live games portfolio.
Supercell clarified that its games will “continue as normal” as the deal goes through, and that the “team remains dedicated to the community that has made Merge Mansion their own for years.”
“As we move into this next phase together with Supercell, I’m excited about the opportunities this creates for the game, our team and our players,” said Metacore CEO Mika Tammenkoski.
“Supercell’s expertise in operating and growing global live games over many years gives Merge Mansion the best possible foundation for long-term success. Our players have always been our top priority, and that will continue to be the case at Supercell.”
Supercell president Sara Bach added: “Merge Mansion created a completely new genre and has all the ingredients of a game that can be played for years and remembered forever: a strong brand, a passionate player community, and unique gameplay and narrative that keep players coming back.
“We believe in what this game can become, and really look forward to welcoming the Merge Mansion team to Supercell and working together on the game’s next chapter.”
In 2025, Supercell reported year-over-year growth in its live games portfolio, reaching an estimated 290 million active players each month.
The company reported a 4% decrease in full-year revenue to €2.65 billion and generated pre-tax profits of €932 million, a 6% increase.
Supercell doubled its investment in new game development in 2025. CEO Ilkka Paananen stated the company expects “to roughly double it again.”
“While many companies have scaled back, we’ve moved in the opposite direction,” he said. “Our strong live games performance, especially Clash Royale’s historic year, gives us the ability to make these long-term bets. We’re fortunate to be in this position, and we intend to use it.”
