The Dragon Ball crossover fans have been waiting for is finally here. A mysterious teaser video just confirmed the long-awaited team-up. The iconic anime is set to join forces with LEGO.
LEGO officially shared a cryptic video on X that reads, “Are you ready to make your wishes come true…” The clip shows six Dragon Balls together, with a seventh rolling in, before the screen flashes to a blue-and-red Dragon Ball logo. It’s followed by a LEGO logo and a message saying, “Adults Welcome.”
While full details are yet to be revealed, it’s now confirmed that fans are in for special Dragon Ball LEGO sets.
What could LEGO have in store for Dragon Ball fans?
The latest mysterious clip from LEGO plays on the iconic wish-granting mythology of Dragon Ball. More details are expected to come out soon as LEGO continues to tease the massive collaboration with the blockbuster Japanese media franchise. It was created as an anime TV series by Akira Toriyama back in 1986.
In the last four decades, however, it has expanded into an extremely popular universe of TV series, movies, video games, and more. Next month, Dragon Ball will release a remastered anime TV series, Beerus. It will be a retelling of the iconic battle between Goku and Beerus.
An official description for Dragon Ball Super: Beerus reads, “The intense clash between Goku and Beerus is brought to life with palm-sweating intensity and overwhelming power, thanks to the leveled-up visual presentation unique to the ENHANCED edition.”
The upcoming remake was announced during the franchise’s 40th anniversary celebration. It will closely follow Toriyama’s original manga, with redrawn visuals and additional content. Akio Iyoku is serving as the executive producer on the project.
The remastered anime will premiere in Japan on October 11, 2026.
