ComingSoon can exclusively reveal the Adventure Time comeback with a Kickstarter campaign. The comeback will take the form of comics dedicated to the Cartoon Network series, featuring some of its beloved characters.
On September 29, 2026, Oni Press announced a partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products for the Adventure Time Deluxe Comics Library Kickstarter campaign. This campaign will feature six oversized, deluxe library editions of more than 100 issues of Adventure Time comics from the Land of Ooo.
It also includes a wide array of limited-edition and exclusive rewards. These include a silkscreen travel poster, an exclusive metal Jake the Dog bookmark, limited-edition reprints of the classic Adventure Time comics, and sketch covers from Nick Winn, Caroline Cash, Brenda Hickey, and more.
What else do we know about Adventure Time Deluxe Comics Library?
This deluxe comics library is the ultimate way to experience the main Adventure Time series in complete chronological order. According to the press release, each of the 6 volumes in the library will come with a mathematically unique slipcase that is exclusive to this Kickstarter campaign.
In the official press release, Oni Press Director of Business Development Sam Kusek added, “This campaign is a celebration of the comic adventures of Finn, Jake, Princess Bubblegum, Marceline… the list goes on and on—and also includes a limited-edition Land of Ooo boxset and an even more limited edition BMO boxset! No matter who your favorite Adventure Time character is, there’s something for everyone.”
In addition, Oni Press is releasing a facsimile set of four key number-one issues from the Adventure Time comics series over the past 15 years. These include new printings of Adventure Time #1 by Ryan North, Shelli Paroline, and Braden Lamb; Adventure Time Comics #1 by Art Baltazar, Katie Cook, Tony Millionaire, and Kat Leyh; Adventure Time #1 by Nick Winn; and Fiona nd Cake Card Wars by Jen Wang.
