Academy Award winner Christopher Nolan‘s acclaimed sci-fi movie starring Timothée Chalamet has found a new streaming home. As of today, Paramount Pictures’ iconic 2014 film Interstellar is officially available to stream on Prime Video. This comes after the recent release of Nolan’s newest epic drama, The Odyssey, which is still playing in theaters globally.
What was Timothée Chalamet’s role in Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar?
In Interstellar, Chalamet played the supporting role of Tom Cooper, the teenage son of Matthew McConaughey’s character. This marked the Dune star’s first major studio project. The ensemble cast also included Ellen Burstyn, Mackenzie Foy, John Lithgow, Michael Caine, Casey Affleck, Timothée Chalamet, Matt Damon, Wes Bentley, Topher Grace, and more. The movie received a 73% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, while its Popcornmeter score is much higher at 87%.

Executive producers were Jordan Goldberg, Jake Myers, Kip Thorne, and Thomas Tull, with Christopher Nolan, Emma Thomas, and Lynda Obst serving as producers. The creative team consisted of composer Hans Zimmer, editor Lee Smith, director of photography Hoyte Van Hoytema, production designer Nathan Crowley, and costume designer Mary Zophres.
