Casket Girls
ScreenDaily reports Mike Colter and Gabrielle Union are attached to star in Casket Girls, a “supernatural horror thriller” from director Justin G. Dyck at Aura Entertainment. Co-starring Raúl Castillo, Matt Frewer, and Thomas Lennon, the story follows a detective and her partner investigating the supernatural encounter of a child. The pair then “get trapped inside a centuries-old New Orleans church when they accidentally unleash vampires.”
The Legend of Zelda
Patricia Summersett, Nintendo’s official voice of Princess Zelda since 2017, “couldn’t answer” when asked by Varietyif she has a role in the upcoming movie.
I couldn’t answer that one way or another. Of course, I’m a walking NDA, sort of on the nomad land of the world. I mean, I love it when they do that for voice actors for sure and I hope that becomes a thing that is always implemented in the future as all the technologies sort of meld and video games want to be more like film and film wants to be more video games. That acknowledgment is lovely, but I couldn’t say one way or another.
Seasons
According to Bloody-Disgusting, Drew Hancock’s Seasons starring JackReynor, Lily James,Ron Perlman,Elizabeth McGovern,Wes Studi,andDane DiLiegrowill release in theaters on November 12, 2027.
Black Sheeps
Umbrella Entertainment has revealed Black Sheeps, the sequel to 2006’s Black Sheep, is set to premiere at the Sitges Film Festival this October.
River

Buzzkill
A sorority girl reasons the best way to solve a serial murder case is by getting as drunk as possible in the trailer for Buzzkill, a new slasher at Tubi starring Siena Agudong, Brec Bassinger, and Aliyah’s Interlude.
Flapjax
A fast food restaurant reintroduces a controversial item to its menu in the trailer for Flapjax, a sci-fi horror comedy that sounds like a cross between Nickelodeon’s Mr. Meaty and the Popplers episode of Futurama.
Infirmary
A former marine-turned-nightwatchman gets a job at a haunted psychiatric hospital in the trailer for Infirmary, coming to Shudder this October 2.
Whalefall
The latest trailer for Whalefall puts a spotlight on the bioluminescent jellyfish that allow our hero to see the desperate, half-digested squids flailing around inside with him.
The Cat in the Hat
Warner Bros. has also released a new trailer for its animated film based on The Cat in the Hat.
Eternally Yours
