Jack Doherty has a hitlist of opponents once he makes his fighting debut next week – including one MMA fight.
Controversial streamer Doherty is one of the internet personalities who fans want to see punched the most. They’ll get that chance on October 16 on Brand Risk Promotions when he finally steps into the boxing ring against one of the Island Boys rap duo; KodiyakRedd.
He has been training under Milton Lacroix, the veteran coach who took Shannon Briggs to a world heavyweight title and Logan Paul to surviving eight rounds with Floyd Mayweather. Clearly as a result, Doherty is feeling himself and wants to keep fighting beyond next week.
Jack Doherty wants to fight in MMA after making boxing debut
Adin Ross will hand Jack Doherty his first ever boxing match next week when he takes on KodiyakRedd in Miami. The duo were once friends, but appear to have fallen out for the umpteenth time and are now going to meet in the ring.
Doherty has clearly handpicked a good matchup – his opponent is 0-4 with three of those defeats coming by way of stoppage. The one time he made it to the final bell was when he fought his brother FlyySoulja, who won by Unanimous Decision.
And Doherty included FlyySoulja on his list of future opponents, noting that he would like that fight in MMA as opposed to boxing. “Right when I knock out the Island Boy I’ll call out a couple of people after the fight,” Doherty noted in a social clip.
He named Arman Tsarukyan’s cornerman N3on, streamer Oblivion and even Ross himself among his hitlist. He then added that should FlyySoulja get through his fight with the ‘World’s strongest dwarf’ Jeremy Smith, he wants to face him in MMA.
