Veteran rock act Zebra have announced Zebra V, their first new album in 23 years. Ahead of its November 13th release via Flat Iron Recordings, the band has unveiled lead single “Walk With You,” co-written with KISS’ Paul Stanley.
“Walk With You” is a straight-ahead Led Zeppelin-style rocker with the occasional looser soulful feel of later Rush.
Guitarist and vocalist Randy Jackson said of the upcoming album, “It was great working with [producer] Jack Douglas again after 40 years. ‘Walk With You’ is a song I wrote years ago with Paul Stanley. Jack listened to the demo and loved the song. His magic brought the song to life and I’m really proud of the way it came out. I think Zebra fans are going to love it.”
In addition to the standard edition, two limited vinyl versions will be released on December 4th, including a zebra-striped and 50th anniversary gold editions. Pre-orderZebra V here.
