Crystal Lake
Friday the 13th, Friday the 13th Part II, болон Friday the 13th Part III кинонууд Peacock стриминг тавцанд байршиж эхэллээ.

Fans now have a chance to revisit the Friday the 13th franchise ahead of its next chapter, as three early movies are now available to stream on Peacock. These cover the first three films in the series, featuring several key moments that shaped the slasher franchise.
As of Thursday, October 1, Friday the 13th, Friday the 13th Part II, and Friday the 13th Part III are streaming on Peacock. They arrive ahead of Crystal Lake, the prequel series that will expand the story behind Jason Voorhees and his family. Premiering on Peacock on October 15, the eight-episode series stars Linda Cardellini as Pamela Voorhees and takes a deeper dive into the story of Jason’s mother before the events of the original movie.
The films also arrive on Peacock as it expands its October horror selection, with titles from franchises including Scream and Halloween joining the seasonal lineup.
What to know about the three Friday the 13th movies coming to Peacock
Directed by Sean S. Cunningham, the original Friday the 13th was released in 1980. The movie takes place at Camp Crystal Lake, where a group of counselors is targeted by a killer after arriving at the site. Betsy Palmer plays Pamela Voorhees, whose connection to the camp becomes central to the story.
Friday the 13th Part II followed in 1981, with Steve Miner directing. The sequel moves the story to a nearby camp and introduces Jason Voorhees as the killer. Jason wears a burlap sack over his head during the movie, before adopting his trademark hockey mask in the next film.
Friday the 13th Part III was released in 1982. The film follows a group of young people staying at Higgins Haven, where Jason continues his killing spree. During the story, Jason takes a hockey mask from Shelly Finkelstein and uses it to conceal his face.
Together, the three movies cover an important period in the franchise, from Pamela Voorhees’ killings to Jason becoming its central villain and adopting the look that would define him throughout the sequels. With Crystal Lake arriving later in October, Peacock subscribers can revisit the original trilogy before the prequel expands the franchise’s story.
