Brabus is best known for turning high-performance cars and turning them into even more outrageous machines, and now the company has taken the same approach to the water.
The Brabus Ultima 55 is a luxury catamaran created in partnership with Sunreef Yachts, blending superyacht comfort with unmistakable supercar-inspired styling.
From carbon fiber details to a 1,450HP motor, nearly every inch of the vessel carries Brabus’ signature design styling.
The catamaran is proof that the designer famous for its road cars can make just as much of a statement at sea.
Brabus brings its signature carbon fiber style to the water
The Brabus Ultima 55 is based on a Sunreef Yachts catamaran, but it has been extensively customized with design cues that look as though they’ve come straight from the track.
At the rear, a full carbon fiber roof spoiler gives the yacht an aggressive appearance while also helping distinguish it from a standard Sunreef model.
The yacht also features an extending rear deck, which slides outward at the touch of a button to create even more entertaining space.
One of the cleverest features is the retractable gangway, which transforms into a staircase leading directly into the water, making it easier for guests to go swimming.

Throughout the yacht, Brabus branding lights up at night, while carbon fiber trim appears almost everywhere you look.
Even the massive spotlights mounted on the roof have been designed to resemble hood scoops, giving the vessel a distinctly automotive look.

At the bow, Brabus has even fitted what it describes as a front splitter – something you certainly don’t expect to see on a yacht.
Relaxation areas include built-in cupholders and pop-up lights, while large sliding doors open up the main living area.

Luxury, performance, and a hidden cabin
Inside, the yacht offers three cabins, including a dedicated crew cabin tucked below deck that you can only access if you know which seat to pull up.
The master suite is accessed through a carbon fiber door and includes a large bedroom, an emergency escape hatch above the bed, and a private bathroom with a separate shower – even a carbon fiber toilet!

Technology plays a huge role onboard too.
A pop-up TV rises from the cabinetry at the push of a button, while the captain controls the yacht through a large touchscreen that manages everything from lighting colors and air conditioning to onboard cameras with night vision.

The helm also features a Brabus-branded steering wheel, wireless phone charging, and separate controls for each engine.
For easier maneuvering, the captain can switch to joystick control, allowing the entire catamaran to rotate 360 degrees on the spot – an impressive trick for a yacht of its size.
Power comes from twin 725-horsepower engines, producing a combined 1,450HP.
That gives the Brabus Ultima 55 a top speed of around 40 knots, combining luxury cruising with performance that’s worthy of the Brabus name.
